The Department of Law has established a dense network of international relations in research activities and collaborates with other foreign universities to carry out student mobility both for study purposes (Student Mobility for Study) and for traineeships (Student Mobility for Traineesheep) and facilitates, to this end, contact with institutions, businesses and law firms.

The Department also aims at the internationalization of its teaching offerings, thanks in part to courses taught in English as well as the provision of supplementary activities entrusted to foreign faculty members hosted as Visiting Professors.

The internationalization strategy of the Department of Law is based on three guidelines:
