2. Any student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Legal Services, as of the beginning of the academic year corresponding to his second year of the course, shall be entitled to obtain the thesis assignment within the framework of a teaching included in the course itself.

4. Assignment of the thesis is agreed upon between student and lecturer on the basis of an interview between the two. The subject chosen by the student must be among those already successfully taken by him/her.

5. The lecturer, after ascertaining through the database of thesis assignments that the student has not already obtained another assignment, agrees with the student on the title of the thesis, after which the same lecturer will fill out the appropriate form (www.giurisprudenza.unimore.it/formtesi...), from which the following data should be shown:
(a) first name last name and matriculation number of the undergraduate student;
(b) degree course;
(c) the chosen subject;

Acceptance of a number of theses exceeding the above criterion is optional on the part of the lecturer, who in no case may accept an annual number of theses double the number of cfu. Any other reason for refusal to accept thesis requests other than numerical should be made explicit to the student and, if necessary, justified in writing and communicated to the Director.

7. A student who decides to write the thesis in a subject other than the one already assigned must inform the thesis teacher at the time requested, who must inform the Director and as well as the teacher of the new assignment. The latter may proceed to fill out a new form only after ensuring that the teacher of the original request has been informed of the thesis change.
